Tasks, staff and the running order for every Night

Prepare each Night in Operations with tasks, staff plans, a Run of Show and a shared Briefing. Planned staff costs stay separate from Actuals and reports.

Operations brings the practical preparation for one Night into four focused sections: Tasks, Staff, Run of Show and Briefing. Choose a Night from the selector, then work through the details in the same workspace on desktop or mobile.

Tasks hold responsibilities, due dates and progress. Staff entries record names, roles, optional shifts and planned costs. The Run of Show puts actions and owners in chronological order, using the Night’s timezone for timings that can continue after midnight.

Prepare a Briefing from the current plan

Briefing brings together the current tasks, staffing and running order, with space for additional notes. Changes to the source entries appear in the Briefing when refreshed. Each empty section offers a direct action to add its first entry, so preparation can begin with the information already available.

Keep preparation and results distinct

Operations follows existing Night access. Completed Nights remain available to read, with editing locked. Staff names do not grant accounts or Door access, and planned staff costs do not update Actuals or financial reports. If someone saves a newer version while you are editing, a conflict message preserves your draft for review.
