The experience supports Nightlife and Corporate and is available with Scale and Commerce. It uses the operational and commercial information already recorded in NOCTRA, giving teams a shared basis for reviewing the business and preparing the next event.

Workspace analytics brings revenue, costs, profit and margin into one overview, with charts and an event table. Filter by date range, Venue, series, Event or event type, and choose the columns relevant to your review. Missing or incomplete figures stay recognizable, and amounts in different currencies are kept separate so comparisons remain understandable.
Explore a scenario, then review reality
Open an Event to examine its revenue and cost structure. Where planning values are available, adjust assumptions such as ticket volume, ticket price or a cost and see how the scenario changes. The saved plan stays intact. Forecast-versus-actual views bring recorded results beside their original basis, helping you identify differences and decide what to investigate next.
