Attendee management covers RSVP status and event-specific invitations. Guests can confirm or decline through a personal link without creating an account. Confirmed attendees receive an access pass that teams can use with the existing QR scanner and check-in workflow.
Run the day from a shared agenda
Build a chronological agenda with session times, categories, locations and notes. During the event, the live Run of Show highlights Now and Next and lets operators record progress, delays and notes while preserving the planned schedule. Parallel sessions can sit alongside one another in the agenda.
Bring the results together
After completion, the Corporate recap brings attendance, RSVP, check-in and agenda outcomes together with existing financial results. Saved reports reflect the event’s Corporate context, including available company and client details. Missing information remains visible as unavailable, giving teams a grounded review they can return to later.
